A little bit about me...

My role is to facilitate you accessing self-energy and the healing and unburdening of your parts. I do this at a pace that is right for you. I have 20 years plus experience, working originally from a psychodynamic perspective and now fully from IFS (influenced by psychodynamic knowledge).

I offer a safe environment for you and an expertise based on many many hours of working with people, my own personal experience (yes I have parts!) and ongoing training and self-development.

I operate under the ethical guidance of NCPS. Confidentiality is of utmost importance and would only be breached in exceptional circumstances.

I hope I have given you sufficient information for you to see if this model is something you may feel comfortable with, however I have added some further information for you here.

My fee is £110 for a 60 minute sessions. Longer sessions can be arranged if desired.

I am currently offering online sessions from January 2025 (although this may change to face to face later in the year).
